Spaghetti with Fish Balls and Spicy Vegetable Sauce

Instructions:
  1. For cooking this dish, you may use any sea fish you like. Peel the fillet, get rid of the bones. Mash it, using a meat grinder together with ½ of garlic and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix this mass carefully and form small balls.
  2. Lubricate the pan with the olive oil. Heat it. Fry fish balls from both sides.
  3. When they are ready, use the same pan with the rest of the oil to fry slices of carrot and pepper together with chopped onion and garlic. Stew these vegetables for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, chili pepper. Salt everything and stew for 10 more minutes.
  4. Meanwhile boil spaghetti. Pour 2 l of water into the pan. Add 1 tbsp of salt and boil water. Cook spaghetti for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, Then you may leave the pan alone and continue boiling pasta until it`s half-ready.
  5. Add 1 cup of water into the pan with stewed vegetables. Boil this sauce and add fried fish balls.

Serve spaghetti with fish balls and yummy sauce.
