Instructions:
  1. If you`ve never tried to cook dishes with chickpeas, you should definitely try to cook this soup.
  2. Put chickpeas into the bowl with the water and leave it for 6-8 hours.
  3. Wash it in the morning and put into the pan. Add water and cook for about an hour.
  4. Meanwhile fry chopped onion and slices of carrot and red bell pepper.
  5. Add tomatoes and chopped garlic.
  6. Add cubes of potato into the pan with chickpeas. Then you may add fried vegetables, salt and spices.
  7. Boil it for 10 more minutes. When the dish is ready, leave it for several minutes.

Serve yummy soup, decorated with chopped herbs. Bon Appetite!
