Soup with Chickpeas and Vegetables

- If you`ve never tried to cook dishes with chickpeas, you should definitely try to cook this soup.
- Put chickpeas into the bowl with the water and leave it for 6-8 hours.
- Wash it in the morning and put into the pan. Add water and cook for about an hour.
- Meanwhile fry chopped onion and slices of carrot and red bell pepper.
- Add tomatoes and chopped garlic.
- Add cubes of potato into the pan with chickpeas. Then you may add fried vegetables, salt and spices.
- Boil it for 10 more minutes. When the dish is ready, leave it for several minutes.
