Instructions:
  1. Brush potatoes carefully and arrange on the baking pan covered with the tinfoil. Bake everything at 400 F for about an hour. In half an hour take the tray out of the oven and prick each potato with a fork several times.
  2. When potato is soft and tender, take potatoes out of the oven.
  3. In the meantime, make the filling. Chop onion and fry it slowly in the frying pan with the oil.
  4. Now add mashed canned tomatoes and minced meat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything one more time and cook for additional 30 minutes. The sauce will become thick and yummy. Taste it and season if needed.
  5. Chill potato and cut each one in 2 pieces. Cut out all the flesh and transfer it to the middle-sized bowl. Mash it carefully and mix with butter to taste.
  6. Fill each potato with meat sauce and add mashed potato on the top of it. Top everything with grated cheese.
  7. Bake everything for additional 10 minutes. Cheese will melt and all the flavors will well mixed.

Serve potato immediately. It can be a full dinner is you add fresh salad or some veggies to the plate. Bon Appetit!
