This recipe of baked frittata is perfect for a big family. It`s easy and quick to cook. Frittata has tender taste and milky smell. If you like, you may add any additional component: sausages, vegetables, greens or cheese. I suggest you a kind of classical recipe of baked frittata. Instructions:
  1. Find a bowl and break 6 eggs into it. I usually use middle-sized eggs.
  2. Add 300 ml of milk. It may be cold or warm. Do not use hot milk.
  3. Add a half of the teaspoon of salt and start stirring this mass. You do not need to use mixer or whisk to whip everything. Use spoon or fork to make this mass smooth.
  4. If you want to add more ingredients (sausages or cheese for example), it`s high time to do it. I suggest to grate them. You may also add garlic or onion. Stew them with a bit of butter or vegetable oil and then add into the egg mass.
  5. If you add cheese, do it when your frittata is half-ready. In this case you`ll have yummy crust. I suggest you to cover the form with frittata with tinfoil. Bake it for ten minutes, then get rid of foil and continue baking.
  6. You should also lubricate the form with butter before cooking.
  7. Fill the form with egg mass.
  8. Put the form into preheat oven. Bake it for 30 minutes at 392 degrees. It should become soft.
  9. If you bake it in the form with low bumpers, it would be enough to cook frittata for 20 minutes.
  10. When it`s ready, keep your breakfast frittata in the oven for 5 more minutes.
  11. Cut it into several portions. Then you may put it on the plate and decorate with cheese and greens.
