  1. Start cooking snickerdoodles. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Cover a baking tray with parchment.
  2. In the meantime, take a bowl and mix flour with sugar. Add soft melted butter to these dry ingredients.
  3. Whip everything on the low speed until the mass is fluffy.
  4. Break an egg and whisk it with one more yolk. Add baking soda and cream of tartar. Sprinkle everything with salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for a minute. Then add the flour mixture and continue whipping.
  6. Using a big spoon, form round cookies and flatten them.
  7. To make it even more tastier, you can dust them with cinnamon sugar. It's easy to make, all you need is to mix 1-2 tbsp of cinnamon with 0.5 cup of brown sugar.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a baking tray and cook them for about 10 minutes.
