Small pancakes with Fresh Berries
If you like classical pancakes, you may cook them, using this recipe and make your breakfast more interesting and bright.
Today we`ll try to cook delicious pancakes with strawberry. However, you may replace them with apricots, cherries, blueberries or even apples and pears. Finally, you may replace fresh fruit and berries with jam or mashed frozen berries.

Wash and wipe berries. Cut them into halves if you like.
Mix eggs with the sugar and whisk carefully, Add lean yoghurt and mix everything one more time.
Sift the flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl as well together with baking soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough. It should be rather thick.
Add 1 tbsp of oil into the bowl with the dough. Mix everything one more time. In this case the dough won`t be lumpy.
Add slices of berries into the bowl with the dough. If you add mashed berries, the dough will become more liquid. So, you`ll need to add more dough.
Do not leave the dough for too long. Start cooking pancakes immediately. Use the preheated frying pan. Cook pancakes without using oil.
