Cute small pancakes is one of the simplest dishes, you may cook, using cottage cheese. This recipe is very simple and healthy. I recommend you to serve these pancakes with berries, however, you may add condensed milk, dry fruits or nuts as well.

Instructions:
  1. Break the egg and mix it with sugar.
  2. Add soda, mixed with vinegar. Then you`ll need to add vanilla, flour, semolina. Knead the dough and leave it for 15 minutes. The less flour you add, the tastier they will be.
  3. Form small pancakes and roll them in the flour.
  4. Fill each pancake with the raspberry.
  5. Cook them in the preheated pan with the small amount of oil.

When your dessert is ready, serve it with fresh berries. You`ll love such a breakfast!

I often visit my grandmother’s village with children and cottage cheese is our favorite product. Many recipes I cooked, but this recipe my children liked the most. It’s the best Breakfast for the kids.
