  1. Mix corn flour with the wheat flour. Add baking powder into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Take a second bowl and fill the bowl with the 40 ml of the vegetable oil. Leave the rest of oil for covering the form. Add preheated yoghurt and an egg into the bowl with the oil. Salt these ingredients. Whip everything with the whisk or a mixer for a minute or two. Slowly add the flour into this liquid mass. Continue whipping for several more minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 392 F. Cover the baking form with the vegetable oil. Add the dough. Bake it for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Take the form out of the oven and leave it to cool down for several minutes. This best cornbread recipe is very easy. Eat yummy yellow bread warm and enjoy the taste.

  •         If there is no corn flour in your cupboard, you may grind raw corn;
  •         As for the vegetable oil, it may be replaced with the butter. Melt it beforehand and pour yellow liquid into the bowl;
