  1. Mix corn flour with wheat flour. Add baking powder into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Take a second bowl and fill the bowl with 40 ml of vegetable oil. Leave the rest of the oil for covering the tray. Add preheated yoghurt and an egg into the bowl with the oil. Salt these ingredients. Whip everything using a whisk or a mixer for a minute or two. Slowly add the flour into this liquid mass. Continue whipping for several more minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 392 F. Cover the baking tray with the vegetable oil. Add the dough. Bake it for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Take the tray out of the oven and leave it to cool down for several minutes.
