Hello. Today I will share with you the quick dumpling recipe.  Sometimes you do not want to waste time on making dumplings. In this case you can use this simple and fast recipe. Of course, the shape of easy dumplings will be different, but these dumplings are still very tasty. Let’s cook them!

Instructions:
  1. Take a bowl, put egg, salt, sugar and vegetable oil into it.
  2. Add sparkling mineral water and mix everything with the whisk.
  3. Put the sifted flour into the mixture gradually and knead the dough first with a spatula, then with your hands on the table
  4. Add flour, if needed. The dough should not stick to hands but should be soft, supple and smooth. Wrap it with cling film.
  5. Chop the onion and garlic in a blender, add some water.
  6. Take a bowl, put mincemeat, add salt, onion with garlic and khmeli-suneli. Mix well.
  7. Add milk to make mincemeat juicy. Mix again.
  8. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
  9. Take one part and roll the dough.
  10. Trim the edges with a knife.
  11. Put the minced meat on the dough.
  12. Make a roll and cut it with a knife.
  13. Put chopped onion in boiling water, add salt, bay leaf.
  14. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water, mix and boil for 4-5 minutes after second boiling  or freeze for next dinner.
