Instructions:
  1. Preheat the frying pan with the butter. Chop onion and cook it until golden yellow. Add minced beef and cook it as well. Don`t forget to stir it constantly. Add chopped onion into the pan and cook everything until the dish is ready.
  2. Cut the top of each tomato crosswise. Put it into the boiling water for several minutes. Then leave the vegetables to cool down and peel them. Chop tomatoes and add them into the pan. Stew everything for ten minutes. 2 minutes before the end of cooking add salt and pepper. Finally add chopped basil.
  3. Melt butter in the pot. Heat it on the slow fire, stirring constantly. Add a small amount of the flour. Carefully pour milk into the pot. Cook this sauce until it`s almost thick. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Cover baking form with the butter. Add several lists of lasagna dough. Cover them with ¼ of the sauce. Add the layer of meat, mixed with tomatoes. Do the same with the rest of the layers. Add the last layer of the grated hard cheese. Bake this meal in the oven, preheated to 392 F for 30 minutes.

When the dish is ready, wait for 10 minutes, open the door of the oven. Serve this dish warm and enjoy the taste. Bon Appetite!
