Simple Cheese Soup with Mushrooms

To make your dish tastier, mix several types of cheese. It`s also a good idea to add several types of mushrooms. Mix champignons with wild mushrooms and enjoy the result.

Keep in mind, that if you use dry mushrooms, it`s important to leave them in the bowl with warm water for 30 minutes before you get down to cooking.

Instructions:
  1. First, prepare all the main ingredients. Cut onion into thin rings. Slice mushrooms and arrange everything on the plate.
  2. Grate cheese or cut it into small cubes.
  3. Pour 4-5 cups of water into the pan.
  4. Fry onion in the preheated pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Cook everything for 3-5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add mushrooms and fry everything for additional 5-7 minutes.
  5. When you`re done, add mushrooms and onion to the pan. Stir in cheese and fresh cream.
  6. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. When your dish is ready, cover the pan with the lid and leave everything for 10 minutes.

Serve this dish hot. Add fresh herbs to the each bowl. In this case, your meal will be even tastier. Bon Appetit!
