Simple Banana Pie


Here is simple and yummy recipe of the dessert pie. You may eat it together with hot tea. It`s soft and fragrant. Biscuit is tender and is not fat at the end. It`s important to use ripe bananas. They have yellow color and brown spots on the whole surface of the fruit.
By the way, you may use another fruits as well. You may try to cook it with apples, peaches or plums. If you use frozen fruits, defrost them before cooking and strain.

  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Chop bananas.
  2. Take two bowls. Fill one of them with two whites and the 2nd one with 3 yolks and 1 white.
  3. Whip whites well. You may also add several drops of vinegar before whipping. In this case it will be easier to make a thick froth.
  4. Take the second bowl with eggs. Add vanilla and sugar into it.
  5. Then add 2 tbsp. of water.
  6. Whip everything with a whisk and then with a mixer.
  7. Slowly add one glass of flour into it. Don`t forget to stir everything constantly.
  8. As a result you`ll have nice smooth dough.
  9. Add banana pieces into the dough and mix everything carefully.
  10. Mix soda with vinegar. Then add this mixture into the dough. Mix everything slowly.
  11. Add whipped whites.
  12. The dough at the end should be a bit thicker than sour cream and very tender.
  13. Prepare baking form. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and dust with semolina.
  14. Pour the dough into the form.
  15. Bake this pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 356 degrees.

When the pie is ready, leave it to cool down. Then take it out of the form. Dust your banana pie with sugar powder. Serve it cold. It tastes great. Kids and adults will like the taste of this dessert! Bon appetite!
