Secrets of Cooking Perfect Onion Rings
Onion rings can be a perfect snack to eat with beer. It`s very easy to cook. Delicious crunchy rings will be eaten in a minute. However for the dish to be really gorgeous, you need to know how to make them really perfect.
There are a lot of mistakes you can make while cooking onion snack. The first mistake is using not enough dough. If it`s too liquid, onion will be burned and too dry. However, if there is too much dough, rings won`t be crunchy. Soft mass will not impress you. So, experiment with the dough and try to make it perfect.
Slice onion and separate all the rings. Put them into the plastic pack. Freeze it for an hour.
Take onion out of the pack and defrost. Wipe them carefully. Clean thin rings.
Fill the deep frying pan with the vegetable oil. Preheat it. Mix corn starch with the flour, baking soda, powder, salt and pepper in the small bowl. Add beer.
Deep each onion ring into the bowl with the dough. Start frying.
Don’t forget to turn them over while cooking. Fry yummy rings for 4 minutes until they are golden-brown.
Put these rings into the bowl, covered with the paper towel. Dust them with the salt.
