First, you`ll need to choose qualitative cucumbers. They shouldn`t be yellow or damaged. Vegetables shouldn`t be too big. Another important thing is to choose something yummy to cook them with. Classical combination is salt, horseradish and dill. Still, you may add cherry or blackberry leaves, bay leaf or even garlic. All these ingredients can help you to change the taste of the vegetable.

  1. Wash cucumbers in the warm water. Leave them in the bowl with cold water for 2-6 hours. Don`t forget to change water from time to time.
  2. Fill the jar with the spices. Add cucumbers
  3. Mix the amount of water needed with the salt and boil this liquid. Pour it into the jar.
  4. Leave the cucumbers for 3-5 days in the warm place.
  5. Then you may simply cover each jar with the lid and leave cucumbers in the cold place.

Eat them any time you want to change the taste of your ordinary meal.
