Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Take French bread and cut it into slices. Transfer them to baking tray, covered with parchment. Bake them for 6-9 minutes until bread is crunchy and has light golden-brown color.
  2. Peel shrimp carefully. Mix with diced scallops and set the bowl with seafood aside.
  3. Preheat the pan with olive oil. Cook chopped onion with minced garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Sauté everything for about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Now reduce heat and add seafood to the rest of ingredients. Cook for 4-7 minutes.
  5. Take the pan out of the fire. Leave it to cool down and get rid of the extra liquid.

Top each crunchy slice of bread with this mass of fragrant ingredients. Serve it immediately as a nice appetizer. If you want to make this simple bruschetta more fragrant, rub the slice of bread with minced garlic.
