Instructions:
  1. Grind chicken together with onion. You may also add mushrooms. Boil them and mash with herbs, using blender.
  2. Put bread into the bowl and pour milk on the top of it. When bread is soft, mix it with meat. Add salt, pepper and spices. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Boil 6 eggs. Cool them down and peel. Break one raw egg and whip it. Roll each hard-boiled egg in flour. Cover them with minced meat, forming huge chops.
  4. Fill the bowl with breadcrumbs. Put the pan with vegetable oil on the oven and wait until the oil boils. Roll chops in whipped egg and then in breadcrumbs. Cook them in the hot oil.
  5. Put each chop on the paper towel.

Serve this dish with fresh herbs. Bon Appetite!
