Sandwiches with Avocado Cream and Radish
Today I want to share with you another simple recipe for healthy and yummy sandwiches. They can be a part of the festive meal or simple vegan snack!

- Fry hazelnut in the pan or cook them in the microwave oven. Wash avocado, peel it. Grate lemon zest and squeeze it to get 1 tbsp of juice.
- Put avocado into the bowl of the blender. Add lemon zest and juice. Then pour soy sauce into the bowl. Add salt and mash everything until smooth.
- Crash walnuts.
- Cover the slices of bread with this avocado mass. Decorate your healthy sandwiches with the slices of radish, nuts and fresh dill.
