Today I want to share with you another simple recipe for healthy and yummy sandwiches. They can be a part of the festive meal or simple vegan snack!

Instructions:
  1. Fry hazelnut in the pan or cook them in the microwave oven. Wash avocado, peel it. Grate lemon zest and squeeze it to get 1 tbsp of juice.
  2. Put avocado into the bowl of the blender. Add lemon zest and juice. Then pour soy sauce into the bowl. Add salt and mash everything until smooth.
  3. Crash walnuts.
  4. Cover the slices of bread with this avocado mass. Decorate your healthy sandwiches with the slices of radish, nuts and fresh dill.
