Instructions:
  1. Cut pumpkin into slices and peel them.
  2. Grate the vegetable and mix this bright mass with salt.
  3. Now you need to add eggs into the bowl and mix everything one more time.
  4. Add spices and leave this mass for 10-15 minutes. Cover the pan with this dough with the lid.
  5. Slowly add the flour. The dough should be thicker than sour cream.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat it and start frying pancakes.
  7. Cook these fritters from both sides.

These crunchy pancakes may be served with sour cream. They are very tasty!
