Salmon with Asparagus and Holland Sauce


Healthy and delicious salmon should be eaten as frequent as possible. If you are bored with classical recipes, here is something more unusual for you. You`ll like this combination of grilled salmon, delicious Holland sauce and fresh asparagus.

  1. First, you need to cook the sauce. Take warm eggs and separate yolks and whited. Melt butter in the pan. Take another bowl and mix vinegar with lemon juice in it. Heat everything in the microwave oven for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Then you need to whip yolks. Slowly add the mixture of lemon juice and vinegar. Add butter drop by drop. Whip this mass for a minute or two and add salt with pepper. Slowly add whites. I recommend ½ of eggs. In this case, the mass will be both tender and not too thick.
  3. Now you need to preheat the pan. Cover asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Do the same with fish steaks. Preheat the pan and fry everything. First, you need to cook asparagus, than the fish.
  4. Get down to serving your meal: put asparagus on the plate, add fish and cover everything with the sauce. You may add the slice of the lemon.
