Instructions:
  1. Take a large bowl and whisk eggs with mustard and chopped parsley. Add onion powder and fresh ground pepper.
  2. Mash the salmon carefully and add it into the bowl as well.
  3. Take a separate bowl and fill it with the flour. Form small patties and dip them into the bowl with the flour.
  4. Heat a large frying pan with oil. Start cooking your patties. Fry them for 2-3 minutes from both sides.
