This ingredient is rich in vitamins, magnesium, protein and iron. That`s why you should include this ingredient into your ration. Today I want to share with you one recipe. This is original and healthy salad with spinach, apples and nuts.
· Vegetable oil – ¼ cup
· Spinach – 5 and ½ cups
· Honey – 2 tsp.
· Apples – 2 pieces
· Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp.
· Pomegranate seeds – ½ cup
· Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.
· Crushed nuts – 1/3 cup
· Pomegranate juice – ½ cup
· Hard cheese – 1 cup
· Salt, pepper – to taste.
1. Peel apples and get rid of the core. Cut them into cubes.
2. Cut cheese into cubes.
3. Wash spinach leaves.
4. Now you need to cook the sauce. It will make the taste of this salad really amazing. Mix vinegar, pomegranate juice, honey and mustard in the bowl.
5. Add vegetable oil, stirring everything constantly. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything, using a whisk.
6. Put apples, spinach, nuts, pomegranate seeds and cheese into the bowl.
7. Pour the sauce and mix all these ingredients.
8. Serve this salad right after cooking.
You should eat this salad fresh. If you keep it for too long, it won`t be neither healthy, nor tasty.
