This salad is an unusual combination of ingredients. You need to mix kiwi, avocado, smoked chicken breast and fresh pineapple in one bowl. Don`t be afraid, it will be very tasty!
· Smoked chicken breast – 1 and ½ cup
· Pineapple – 1 cup
· Kiwi – 1 piece
· Avocado – 1 piece
· Hard cheese – ½ cup
· Yoghurt – 2-3 tbsp.
· Pepper – to taste
· Sea salt – to taste.
1. First, you need to prepare the ingredients. If chicken breast is covered with the skin, you need to get rid of it. Otherwise, the salad will be too fat.
2. Cut it into small cubes. Grate cheese on the coarse grater. Put all the ingredients into the deep bowl.
3. Peel pineapple and get rid of the core. Cut it into cubes and add them to the rest of ingredients.
4. Peel avocado and kiwi. Cut these fruits into small cubes. Add pepper and natural yoghurt. It should be rather fat. Lean yoghurt will make your salad sour. If you like, you may add sea salt.
5. Mix all the ingredients and put them into small bowls. This dish may be served fresh or cooled.
