Salad with Feta, Olives And Vegetables
This healthy variation of traditional Greek salad is a perfect summer dish. If you like, you may replace feta with brynza.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Cut cucumbers and pepper into strips. Then cut tomatoes into small cubes. Put all the ingredients into the deep bowl.
- Mix the dressing: combine oil with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Chop greens. Add feta. Mash it slowly and mix it with herbs. Use this mass to form small balls. Stuff it with an olive.
- Mix all the vegetables with the dressing.
Put this salad into the plate and decorate it with cheese balls. Bon Appetite!
