Salad with feta, olives and vegetables
This healthy variation of traditional Greek salad is a perfect summer dish. If you like, you may replace feta with brynza.
Wash all the vegetables.
Cut cucumbers and pepper into strips. Then cut tomatoes into small cubes. Put all the ingredients into the deep bowl.
Mix the dressing: combine oil with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Chop greens. Add feta. Mash it slowly and mix it with herbs. Use this mass to form small balls. Stuff it with an olive.
Mix all the vegetables with the dressing.
Put this salad into the plate and decorate it with cheese balls. Bon Appetite!
