Instructions:
  1. For cooking this fresh and tender salad I recommend to use cherry tomatoes. You may also add dry herbs and lemon juice while cooking.
  2. Tore arugula and put it into the plate. Cut tomatoes into pieces. Slice onion into thin pieces. Cut cucumbers and crush nuts.
  3. Mash tuna. Finally add boiled cold chickpeas into the bowl. Salt and pepper this salad. Sprinkle everything with the olive oil and mix everything carefully.
