Instructions:
  1. To cook classic Italian bread, you need to get down to work early in the morning. Mix all the dry ingredients in a blender. Combine two cups of flour with sugar, salt and 2 packs of dry yeast.
  2. Melt the butter slowly and mix it with water. Heat this liquid. The mixture in the bowl should be smooth.
  3. Slowly mix the dry ingredients with this liquid. Beat everything carefully for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of the flour, mixing the dough carefully. Knead it for 5-8 minutes carefully. It should be soft and non-sticky.

  6. Bake them for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Take the tray out of the oven and make small cuts on the top of each loaf. Continue baking this dish for 20 more minutes.
  7. If you want your Italian bread to have a crunchy crust, whisk an egg white with one tsp of water. Take the tray out of the oven and brush the loaves with this liquid. Continue baking the bread for 5 additional minutes.
