Russian Salad with Green Peas
If you like Eastern cuisine, cook this fresh salad for your family. For cooking this dish you may use either pickles or fresh cucumbers.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Boil potato, beetroot and carrot. Peel the vegetables and leave them to cool down.
- Cut all the vegetables into pieces. Cut pickles as well.
- Chop green herbs and onion.
- Mix all the vegetables and herbs. Add green peas.
- If you like, you may add salt or pepper into the bowl. Sprinkle this dish with the vegetable oil.
