Instructions:
  1. Boil potato, beetroot and carrot. Peel the vegetables and leave them to cool down.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into pieces. Cut pickles as well.
  3. Chop green herbs and onion.
  4. Mix all the vegetables and herbs. Add green peas.
  5. If you like, you may add salt or pepper into the bowl. Sprinkle this dish with the vegetable oil.
