Okroshka is traditional Russian soup. It has a lot of in common with simple Russian salad. Still, unlike the salad it is often made with buttermilk or sour kvass instead of mayonnaise. It can be made with the sausages, boiled poultry or beef.

Instructions:
  1. First, prepare all main ingredients. Cook boiled potato and eggs.
  2. Cut eggs and potatoes on the small cubes. Chop sausage or meat.
  3. Cut the cucumber and slice fresh radish.
  4. Mix all these ingredients in the bowl.
  5. Pour in buttermilk and cold water.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in fresh lemon juice. Mix everything one more time and transfer the bowl to the fridge. Leave everything for 1 hour.
