Instructions:
  1. To make this dish tender, prepare little bagels beforehand. Heat 1 cup of oil in the microwave oven. It should be warm but not hot. Arrange all the bagels in the bowl. leave them for 4-5 minutes. Then take them out of the bowl for them not to become too soggy.
  2. Arrange everything on the large tray, covered with the parchment and lubricated with the oil. There should be enough space between all the bagels.
  3. Now it`s time to cook the filing. Transfer fresh ground meat to the large bowl. Add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add dry herbs or red pepper flakes to make the taste of the dish brighter.
  4. Peel one onion and mash it using a powerful blender. If you like, chop garlic and add it to the bowl with ground meat as well. Mix all the ingredients carefully.
  5. Fill each little bagel with this mass. Grate hard cheese and add a portion of it on the top of each little snack as well.
  6. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve this dish immediately. To make your meal brighter, top everything with chopped fresh herbs.

Bubliki with ground meat are juicy and very yummy. If there are the leftovers of the meal, you can store them in the fridge for several days. They will still be very tasty.
