Rolls with Sausage And Cheese


Here is the recipe of delicious rolls with cheese and sausages. Besides these main ingredients, I add tomatoes and canned corn. In such a way, pastry tastes even better. As for the dough, you may experiment with it. When you try new type of dough, taste of the rolls changes.
You may also change the filling. I cooked these rolls with meat and sausages. However, you may use veggies, cabbage or hard cheese instead. One more interesting idea is to combine minced meat and onion. Fry these ingredients and use them as a filling.
No matter, what type of filling or dough you use, the results will surprise you. Its taste reminds of pizza, so, you`ll like it!

  1. Cut sausage into thin slices.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut them into half circles.
  3. Grate cheese on the coarse grater.
  4. Roll the dough, making a square.
  5. Lubricate it with ketchup or any sauce you like.
  6. Add corn and layers of cheese, tomatoes and sausage.
  7. Form a tight roll.
  8. Cut it into 1-1,5-inch-slices. Cover the tray with baking paper. Put slices into it and lubricate with whipped egg. Leave the tray for 10-20 minutes.
  9. Bake rolls for 30 minutes at 392 degrees.
  10. Then put them on the plate.

These rolls may be served hot. Treat your family or friends with it and they`ll eat the whole plate in several minutes. Bon Appetite!
