  2. Prepare tomatoes. Wash them carefully and dry. Cut each one in two pieces. If you like, you can get rid of the seeds.
  3. Transfer all the slices of tomatoes to your baking tray.
  4. Mix oil with salt, pepper and chopped or dry herbs. Use those you really like, to make this side dish your favorite.

  6. Bake them for 40 minutes. If you decide to bake cherry tomatoes, cook them for only 20 minutes.
