Instructions:
  1. Peel all the veggies and wash them. Dry them with a paper towel. Cut the vegetables into slices. Toss them with lemon juice.
  2. Mince garlic and add it into the pan together with fresh ground pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover a baking tray with parchment and transfer all the veggies to it. They should be coated with the fragrant oil. Sprinkle everything with maple syrup.
  4. Bake the veggies for half an hour. They will become soft and tender.
