  1. Fill a pan with water and boil it. Cook bouillon with the chicken and salt.
  2. Heat some butter in the frying pan. Add chopped onion and cook it on a slow fire. The onion should become very soft and tender. Cooking this dish, you need to work quickly. Add the rice and mix everything for 30 seconds. The rice will be covered with the melted butter. In 30 seconds, add the wine. Stir everything until the smell of the alcohol disappears.
  3. Slowly pour bouillon into the pan with rice. Mix everything quickly. When the rice is half-ready, add the mixture of saffron and hot water. Continue stirring the mixture slowly. When you’re almost done, add grated cheese.
  4. Serve this yummy dish on the warm plates immediately.
