Cook delicious meat broth. Boil beef with unpeeled onion, garlic and spices (pepper, zira, cinnamon, salt and bay leaves).
Fry onion until it`s golden yellow. Add garlic, canned chickpeas.
Dust everything with the salt and spices. Add boiled meat and rice.
Pour meat broth into the pan. I recommend you to start with 4 tablespoons of the broth. Leave everything to boil. Cover the pan with the lid and leave everything to stew for 35 minutes.
When the dish is ready, serve it with the fresh cilantro. If you like, you may use chicken instead of beef.
