Pork ribs with vegetables are very tasty and nutritious. I`ll give you my list of ingredients. However, you may use any other vegetables you like.

Instructions:
  1. Wash ribs. Add salt, spices and oil. Mix everything and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut potato into slices.
  3. Add slices of onion and chopped garlic.
  4. Cut carrot and into circles.
  5. Slice zucchini.
  6. Cut red bell pepper into thin sticks.
  7. Add salt and spices into the bowl with vegetables. Mix everything well.
