Ribs with Fresh Mint Sauce

Besides classical recipe for BBQ meals, we want to share with you something more interesting. One good idea is to cook ribs with fresh mint sauce.

For cooking such a sauce I recommend you to choose fresh and fragrant herbs. If there are some leftovers in the bowl, use them as a salad dressing.

Instructions:
  1. Wash mint and wipe it, using the towel. Get rid of stems and chop the leaves. You may also mash them, using powerful blender.
  2. Take a small bowl. Mix salt, sugar and white wine vinegar in it. Add 4-5 tbsp of boiled water. Leave mint with this sour-sweet sauce in the bowl for 2 hours.
  3. Cut ribs into smaller pieces. Put them into the big bowl and add salt with pepper. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Cover the tray with baking paper and lubricate it with the vegetable oil. Put ribs on it and bake them for 40 minutes.

When ribs are ready, cover this dish with yummy mint sauce. Bon Appetite!
