Red Velvet with Strawberry. Classical Dessert with the Fresh Flavour!
For those who like classical American desserts, but still want to change something and treat friends and family with fresh desserts, we present yummy Red Velvet Cake with Strawberry.

Take a deep bowl and sift the flour through the sieve. Add sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Mix everything until the mass is smooth.
Then you`ll need to add eggs and vegetable oil into the bowl. Add eggs one by one. Mix everything using mixer, until there is a liquid mass in the bowl.
Add red food dye. The dough will still be liquid. Leave it for 20 minutes in the warm place.
Cover the form with the butter and pour the dough inti it. Bake each layer at 356 F for 20 minutes. When the layer is ready, leave it for 2 minutes in the form. Then you may put it on the grid and leave to cool down. When all the layers are ready, cover them with the plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 2 hours.
Meanwhile you`ll need to cook cream. Use very cold cream cheese and warm soft butter.
Whip these ingredients, using a mixer. You`ll waste about 10 minutes on it.
Wash berries and cut them into thin slices.
Now you may get down to forming the cake. Cover the red layer with the cream an decorate it with the slices of strawberry. Repeat this process for several times. Decorate this dessert with bright crumbs and fresh berries.
