Red Tomato Soup with Beans

  1. Leave the beans in the bowl with cold water for several hours. If you have enough time, leave it for the whole night.
  2. Next morning strain beans.
  3. Boil 1000 ml of water in the big pan. Add beans and cook everything for 15 minutes. I also recommend you to cover the pan with the lid.
  4. Peel potato and cut each vegetable into pieces. Add it into the pan and cook everything for 15 more minutes.
  5. Meanwhile chop onion and fry it in the pan with butter.
  6. In 10 minutes add chopped celery and carrot. Stew everything in the pan, covered with the lid.
  7. Then you`ll need to add these fried ingredients into the bowl with beans. Add nutmeg on the tip of the knife. Salt and pepper your soup. Leave it for 5-10 minutes to boil.
  8. Add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  9. Add chopped herbs and cook soup for 5 more minutes.

Your red soup is ready! Serve it in the bowls with the slices of bread! Bon Appetite!
