Instructions:
  1. Start cooking the oven roasted potatoes by preheating the oven to 400 F. Cover a baking tray with parchment. Prepare the potatoes: scrub them and wash them carefully. Cut each vegetable in 4 pieces.
  2. Transfer these slices to the baking tray. Sprinkle everything with the oil, spices and herbs. Toss the slices of potato for them to be covered in spices.
  3. Put the baking tray into the oven and bake the potatoes for 45 minutes.
  4. For the dish not to burn, take the tray out of the oven and stir it from time to time.
