  1. Start cooking the oven roasted potatoes by preheating the oven to 400 F. Cover a baking tray with parchment. Prepare the potatoes: scrub them and wash them carefully. Cut each vegetable in 4 pieces.
  2. Transfer these slices to the baking tray. Sprinkle everything with the oil, spices and herbs. Toss the slices of potato for them to be covered in spices.
