Red Fish Steaks with French Fries
Salmon is nutritious, healthy and very yummy. It`s best eaten with potato. Today I will share with you simple recipe for grilled fish with herbs and potato sticks.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Wash your fish and wipe it, using paper towel. Add salt and pepper.
- Fry this steak from both sides on the pan. Sprinkle grilled fish with lemon juice and add chopped parsley.
- Wash potato, peel it and cut each vegetable into thin sticks. Fry them in the deep pan until they are crunchy.
- Put grilled fish on the plate and add potato garnish.
