Rainbow Jelly

Bright jelly can be a perfect dessert for a child’s birthday.

Instructions:
  1. Cover baking form with the plastic wrap. Fill it with water and strain it. In this case plastic wrap will cover the form better.
  2. Wash the dock, dry it and put into the freezer.
  3. Now it`s time to cook red layer. Mix gelatin with cold water.
  4. Take a small pan and mix ½ of mashed berries with sugar. Put it on the pan and cook, stirring constantly until sugar melts.
  5. Add gelatin and mix everything well. As soon as it melts, take the pan out of the oven and add the rest of mashed berries.
  6. Pour this jelly into the form and put it into the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Add next layer, when the previous is cold and stable. There should be the following order: red, orange, yellow, green, white and violet.
  8. All these layers are easy to cook. Repeat the same actions (the only exception is violet and green layers).
  9. For cooking violet layer, you`ll need to mix sugar with lemon juice. Preheat this mass, add gelatin and take the pan of the oven.
  10. Add mashed blueberry into this mass.
  11. Then you need to cook bright green layer. Mash frozen dock in the blender. Add 100 ml of apple juice. Strain it well.
  12. Mix the rest of juice with sugar and heat this liquid. Add gelatin and cool the liquid down when it melts.
  13. Add apple juice and mix everything well.
  14. When your jelly is ready, get rid of the plastic wrap, put this bright cake on the cutting board and cut into squares.
