Instructions:
  1. To begin with I must say that the less baking forms you have, the more time you`ll spend on cooking this dish. If you have 6 forms and a big oven, you can do everything very quickly. If you have 1-2 forms, you`ll need to cook dough several times as it should be baked right after cooking.
  2. First, you need to divide all the milk into 6 parts. Pour it into 6 cups. Add food dye into each cup. I used red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet colours. In order for your dough to have bright colour, buy qualitative food dye.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder. Sift this dry mass through the sieve. In this case your pastry will be soft and tender.
  4. Prepare the dough. Mix soft butter with sugar, making soft and light creamy mass. You may do it using mixer or your hands. If you use mixer, it will take about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Then start adding eggs. Whip everything until the mass is smooth. Then add vanilla to give the cake amazing fragrant and taste. At the end add flour and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth. Now the dough is ready.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 parts and add food dye mixed with milk into each one. Mix everything very carefully, using spatula.
  7. Lubricate baking forms with butter and dust with a bit of flour. Put flour into the form. Its surface should be very smooth.
  8. Preheat the oven to 338 degrees and bake cake for 18-20 minutes. You may check whether the cake is ready, using a toothpick.
  9. Now take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool down. In order for the colour to be bright, cut the top and the edges. You may also use a plate in order to give your cake nice form. Do not get rid of these leftovers. They are very tasty and good-looking, so we`ll use them for decorating the cake.
  10. Cook the cream. I prefer to make yummy sweet cake, using Mascarpone cheese. It tastes great. The taste is a bit sour and sweet enough at the same time.
  11. Whip cold cream with vanilla until it`s thick. Add cream cheese, lemon juice , sugar powder and whip everything well. It won`t take much time to cook it.
  12. Combine all parts of this cake. Put the first layer on the plate and cover it with the cream. Do it with all the layers. Cover the top and the edges of your cake with this cream as well. I suggest doing it with a special spatula. In this case, the cake will be smooth and good-looking.
  13. Finally, use leftovers crushed into crumbs to decorate the cake. As there will be several colours, you may create any picture you like on the top of the cake.

When your dessert is ready, put it into the fridge and leave it for several minutes. Bon Appetite!
