  1. First, break one egg into the bowl. I use whisk to whip it well. Pour milk into the bowl, but do not stop whipping the mass.
  2. Add flour and slowly mix the dough.
  3. If you use cottage cheese in this recipe, add it into the bowl and mix well. If suluguni is used, cut it into small pieces before adding it to the dough.
  4. Lubricate frying pan with butter. Fry small tortillas on the low heat from both sides.

Each of these tortillas is yummy itself, but you may serve them with greens or sauce as well. It`s very tasty.
