Quick Snack with Herbs and Garlic. Yummy Mushrooms In The Pan

This is a simple and quick snack you may eat in autumn. It`s very tasty, fragrant and nutritious. For cooking such a snack you may use any type of mushrooms you like. You may also add white dry wine or soy sauce into the pan.

Instructions:
  1. Peel garlic and wash it. Chop it. Wash mushrooms. Do not cut them.
  2. Fill the frying pan with the olive oil. Add chopped garlic. Fry it until golden yellow.
  3. Cut onion into thin circles and add it into the pan as well.
  4. In several minutes you may put champignons into the pan. They should be dry.
  5. Wait until mushrooms are almost golden as well. Do not cover the pan with the lid. Just add salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice. Wash parsley and chop it. Add this herb into the pan with fried mushrooms.
  7. Wait for several minutes and turn off the fire.

This dish may be eaten as a vegetarian snack, or served with meat, poultry or even sausages. Bon Appetite!
