  1. Peel potatoes and boil.
  2. While it is on the oven, make a dough out of yoghurt, eggs and flour.
  3. Leave the dough for several minutes. Meanwhile you can fry onion. Cook it until it`s golden-yellow.
  4. Take potatoes from the oven and mash it. Add onion, grated cheese and chopped greens. Don`t forget to salt and pepper everything.
  5. Now you can get down working with dough again. Flatten it and make circles using an ordinary cup.
  6. Put the filling in the middle of each circle. Wrap each pie, making nice tortillas.
  7. Fry them from both sides until there is a nice potato pie crust.

These potato pies should be served hot. You may cook them instead of ordinary thanksgiving pies. All your friends and close people will appreciate this dish. Enjoy your meal!
