If you don`t have much time for cooking the dinner, but still want your meal to be delicious, cook simple one pot meals. Classical potato dish becomes creamy `cause of the cheese layer. Ham gives potato appetizing aroma and dill makes it zesty. Try to cook this baked potato and you`ll make sure, that it`s really tasty and easy to cook.

Instructions:
  1. For this meal you need to wash and peel 4 potatoes. Actually, the size and number of potatoes depend on your appetite and the size of your pan. Cut them into thin noodles.
  2. Cut ham in the same way. Slices shouldn`t be too thin for the ham not to “disappear” while frying.
  3. Cut 2 onions into half-slices.
  4. Wash 2-3 tomatoes and cut them into thin half-slices too.
  5. Grate cheese. I recommend you to choose the one, easily melting while frying.
  6. Chop a nice beam of greens.
  7. ut frying pan on the oven and fill it with vegetable oil. Find pan with thick bumpers and bottom. In this case your dish won`t burn.
  8. Preheat the oil and put potato on the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste and fry your potato until it`s half-ready.
  9. Then add ham into the pan and mix these two ingredients. Continue cooking on the slow fire.
  10. When the ham is fried, add onion into the pan and continue cooking until onion is soft and half-ready.
  11. Put the new layer of tomatoes. Dust them with salt before putting vegetables into the pan.
  12. Break eggs into the frying pan. They should cover the whole surface of the pan. Salt them, pepper and cover frying pan with the lid. Cook until the eggs are ready.
  13. Then cover eggs with grated cheese and let it melt.
  14. Finally, add chopped greens to decorate the dish and make its taste fresher. I prefer using dill, but you may replace it with parsley or green onion.

Cut baked potato dish into the slices and serve with mayonnaise or any other sauce you like. I bet, you`ll love the taste of this dish and will eat more than one small piece. This is one of the easiest dishes for dinner, I cook for my family. They like this quick cooking pot meal, especially when it`s served hot. There are a lot of easy skillet dinners, but this one is the easiest, cheapest and tastiest.
