Quick pies with cabbage

If you don`t want to bake anything, you`ll love this recipe. This dish may remind you of cabbage casserole and that`s great. You may treat all your friends with it as it`s easy to cook and very fragrant.

Instructions:
  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Crack the eggs and whip them together with salt, using a whisk.
  3. Add chopped cabbage. Mix everything very well.
  4. Wash the dill, chop it and add into the bowl as well.
  5. Sift the flour through the sieve and add it to the rest of ingredients, mixing everything again.
  6. Pour oil into the frying pan. Add cabbage dough. Flatten the layer.
  7. Turn the stove on, cover the pan with the lid. Cook the pie on the slow heat from both sides. It will take about 30-40 minutes.

That`s it. Cut this dish into slices and enjoy its taste.
