  1. Preheat the frying pan and sprinkle it with the vegetable oil. Add cut mushrooms and chopped onion, constantly stirring. Wait until the onion is golden-yellow and remove your pan from heat. Put the vegetable mixture into the bowl.
  2. Mix fried onion and mushrooms with minced meats. Add salt, pepper and paprika to give your dish rich taste. Stir it for several minutes.
  3. The next stage includes work with the dough. There is no need to cook it at home, as you may buy nice puff pastry in the shop. Get 1 package and don`t forget to defrost it before cooking. It`s better to put it into the fridge for the layers not to stuck together in the warmth.
  4. Unwrap your puff pastry and use special form to cut out “circles” and “rings”. There should be an equal number of both.
  5. When everything is ready get the tray and cover is with the baking shit. Sprinkle it`s surface with vegetable oil. Put all the circles on the tray living some space between all of them.
  6. Put the filling in the middle of each circle and lubricate the edges using wet brush.
  7. Cover each circle with the ring. Remember that the filling shouldn’t be covered with dough. Pitch each pie from the sides to close your pastry. You may also use the fork to create a nice pattern on the edges.
  8. Finally, lubricate pastry with the egg and put the tray into preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 356 °F.
