Hello! Today I offer you to cook quick pie to eat with tea. This is the best pie recipe, if you don’t have time to cook. The dough consists of simple ingredients and it takes 2-3 minutes to make it. The cake is quick and tasty, aromatic and airy. Let’s start!

  1. Break the eggs into the bowl, add sugar.
  2. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until the sugar is dissolved (approx 1 minute).
  3. Add any jam and kefir, mix well, until there is a foam.
  4. Add sifted flour and stir until smooth.
  5. Then add the soda and mix again. The dough should be airy.
  6. Grease a baking dish with nonstick emulsion or butter, pour the dough into it.
  7. Twist the baking dish to spread the dough.
  8. Put it into the oven, preheated to 338 F degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean.
  9. Leave it to cool down for 15 minutes; take out it of the baking form and serve.
  10. You can glaze the pie with chocolate frosting: melt chocolate with cream on the water bath. Pour the cake icing and make streaks. Enjoy!
