  1. Boil water, salt it and add a bit of vegetable oil, stirring everything.
  2. Add 7 ounces of flour into the bowl with boiled water and mix everything well.
  3. Break an egg, constantly stirring.
  4. You should do everything quickly. That`s important, as the water should be hot during the whole process of cooking.
  5. Then continue adding flour. Do it slowly in order your dough not to be lumpy.
  6. At the end you`ll have soft non-sticky dough.
