  1. Preheat the oven to 338 degrees F.
  2. Take a bowl and sift the flour and cocoa.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla, baking powder, salt.
  4. Stir well with a spatula.
  5. Add eggs, warm butter and vegetable oil.
  6. Add warm milk and mix it with the mixer during 1-2 minutes. The mixture should be smooth and shiny.
  7. Add the vinegar and mix until smooth.
  8. Cover the baking pan with the oil or baking paper.
  9. Pour the dough into the baking pan.
  10. Bake it in the preheated oven for approximately 50 – 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean.
  11. Remove the cake from the baking pan and leave it to cool down.
  12. Mix powdered sugar and vanilla.
  13. Take a bowl and put sour cream into.
  14. Add powdered sugar and beat the mass with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  15. Cut the top of the cake and grind it. Use these crumbs to decorate the cake.
  16. Divide the cake horizontally into three parts using a thread.
  17. Cover the layers with cream and put them on the top of each other.
  18. Cover the top of the cake.
  19. Decorate the cake as wish with the topping and coconut shaving. Note: I divided the cake into four visual pieces, two filled with chips, two – with coconut.
  20. Dust the sides of the cake with biscuit chips.
  21. Leave it for 2 hour and serve.
